AI development · Singapore
AI development for Singapore teams and regional HQs.
Bvyte is an AI and software studio in Ahmedabad, 2.5 hours behind Singapore. We work with Singapore companies and with regional headquarters serving Southeast Asia, building document AI, assistants and software with the PDPA in mind and with evidence suited to regulated buyers.
Start a projectA hub that serves a region
A Singapore headquarters rarely serves Singapore alone. One system may need to answer in English, Mandarin, Malay, Tamil or Bahasa Indonesia, read invoices from five countries and satisfy more than one regulator. We design for that spread from the start. Our working day covers your late morning to evening, and a morning call needs only an early start we agree in advance.
Overview
What Singapore teams should expect from an India-based AI studio
Singapore companies are used to precise vendor management. Procurement and risk teams ask for scope in writing, evidence of testing and clarity about where data moves. That suits us, because those are the same habits we build into every engagement: written scope, phased delivery with exit gates and documentation your reviewers can keep.
The regional dimension is where we add the most. A Singapore head office often supports several countries, each with its own languages, document formats and regulator. We pilot in one market, build a separate test set for the next and report quality per language, so a regional rollout is a series of checked steps rather than one large leap. The PDPA, the PDPC guidance on AI and your sector rules shape the design from the first week.
What we build
AI services for Singapore companies and regional teams
Regulated buyers want evidence, regional teams want multilingual coverage, and everyone wants fewer manual handoffs. These services aim at all three.
-
01
Document AI for trade and finance
Invoices, bills of lading, letters of credit, KYC files and statements from several countries, extracted and cross-checked with exceptions queued. See document AI and automation.
-
02
Multilingual assistants
Customer and staff assistants across English, Chinese, Malay, Tamil and regional languages, tested language by language, with mixed-language messages handled. See AI chatbot development.
-
03
PDPA-aware design
Consent, purpose, retention and cross-border transfer questions mapped with your data protection officer, with reference to the PDPC's guidance on AI recommendation and decision systems.
-
04
Agents for operations and compliance
Agents that check documents against policy, draft reports and update systems, with approvals and logs. See LLM and AI agent development.
-
05
Evidence for regulated buyers
Architecture notes, test results, access records and change logs organised for third-party risk and outsourcing reviews, with no claim of regulatory approval.
-
06
Software for regional operations
Platforms and internal tools that unify processes across country teams. See custom software and SaaS.
Process
How a regional engagement runs
Fixed fee per phase, a measured exit gate at the end of each, and working software from the first weeks. See every playbook week by week.
- 01
Regional scoping
List the countries, languages, document types and regulators involved, then agree a first slice narrow enough to prove quickly.
Week 0
- 02
Governance pack
Data flows, roles, model providers and transfer routes documented for your data protection officer and risk team.
Week 1
- 03
Prove and extend
A working slice on real documents or conversations from one country, then extension to the next with its own test set.
Weeks 2 to 8
- 04
Run
Monitoring per language and per market, with change records ready for review.

Use cases
Who we build AI for in Singapore
Fintech and payments firms
Onboarding and transaction document review, dispute handling and compliance assistants, with your own regulatory obligations staying with you.
MAS-regulated firms
Vendor-side support for outsourcing and technology risk reviews: documentation, test evidence and access controls. Regulatory responsibility stays with the regulated firm.
Logistics, shipping and trade
Forwarders and traders reading cross-border paperwork, tracking shipments and answering customers.
Regional HQs of multinationals
Shared service centres automating finance, HR and procurement requests across Southeast Asian entities.
E-commerce and marketplaces
Seller and buyer support in several languages, listing checks and dispute drafts.
Healthcare and professional services
Document summaries and enquiry handling where confidentiality matters.
- Built for regional scope: several languages and countries without a separate project for each.
- PDPA considered at design time, with transfer and retention choices documented.
- Evidence a risk team can read, instead of marketing claims.
- Working hours that cover your late morning to evening, with early starts by arrangement.
- Fixed phases and written scope, so a regional rollout can be approved one step at a time.

Questions
Frequently asked questions
Still unsure? Ask us directly, a senior engineer replies within one business day.
What is the time difference with Singapore?
Singapore is 2.5 hours ahead of India all year, because neither observes daylight saving. A 2:00 pm call in Singapore is 11:30 am in Ahmedabad. Morning meetings need an early start on our side, which we arrange in advance.
How does the PDPA affect an AI project?
The Personal Data Protection Act 2012 sets rules on consent, purpose, notification, protection, retention, transfers outside Singapore and breach notification. The PDPC has also published advisory guidelines on using personal data in AI recommendation and decision systems. We design with them in mind and work with your DPO and counsel on how they apply. Our PDPA and AI guide covers the planning questions.
Can you work with MAS-regulated firms?
We build software for them. A regulated firm remains responsible for its outsourcing and technology risk obligations, and we support those reviews with documentation, test evidence and access controls. We do not claim MAS approvals or give regulatory advice.
Can data stay in Singapore?
Usually. AWS, Azure and Google Cloud all operate Singapore regions, and deployment happens in your account. Which model hosting options exist in-region is checked before the design is fixed.
Which languages can the assistants handle?
English, Mandarin, Malay, Tamil and Bahasa Indonesia are within reach of current models, along with mixed-language messages. Quality differs between languages and domains, so we test each on your real data and report accuracy separately.
How do you support a regional rollout?
We pilot in one market, document what had to change, and extend with a test set per country, so quality is measured where it will be used.
Do you visit Singapore?
We can travel to Singapore for a discovery workshop if the scope warrants it. Most delivery runs remotely, with a weekly demo at a time that suits your team.
Can you work with our regional entities and contracts?
Yes. We can work under your master agreement and add statements of work per entity or per phase, with data processing terms agreed with your counsel.
