An India-based AI team that works your US hours.

Bvyte is an AI and software studio in Ahmedabad that US product teams and operators hire for agents, document AI and software delivery. We plan the day around your Eastern or Pacific mornings, contract on US paper, and answer security questionnaires with specifics instead of slogans.

Hiring from the US, working from India

A US buyer rarely doubts the engineering. The real questions are practical: who answers at 9:00 Pacific, which law governs the contract, and what can we hand our security team on Monday. We settle those three things in writing before kickoff, so distance becomes a scheduling detail and not a risk.

Overview

What US buyers should settle before hiring in India

Most US teams that hire an India-based studio are not trying to cut a corner. They want senior capacity that is hard to recruit at home, and a working day that keeps moving after their own office closes. The arrangement works when three things are agreed early: a shared block of hours that falls in your morning, a contract that your counsel has actually read, and a security pack your reviewers can file. When any of those is left vague, small delays compound into weeks.

Our approach is to treat those three as deliverables of week one. You receive a written proposal with draft MSA and SOW terms, a data flow diagram that shows where each category of data sits, and a named engineer for urgent questions. Health, financial and customer data get extra attention: we minimise what leaves your environment, log every access, and describe our controls plainly, without borrowing the language of certifications we do not hold.

What we build

What US teams hire Bvyte to build

The services are the same ones we deliver everywhere. What changes for US teams is the working rhythm, the paperwork and the security evidence around them.

  1. 01

Agents inside your product or operations

Tool-using agents for support, revenue operations and back-office work, with scoped permissions and an audit trail your security team can inspect. See LLM and AI agent development.

  2. 02

    Document AI for paperwork-heavy teams

Claims, onboarding packets, bills of lading and contracts turned into validated data, with citations and a review queue. See document AI and automation.

  3. 03

    AI features for SaaS roadmaps

Search, summaries and assistants shipped inside a product that already has customers, using your repositories and release process. See AI-driven software development.

  4. 04

Dedicated squads for a US product team

Two to four senior engineers who join your stand-ups, tickets and review rules, and move work forward while your own team is offline. See custom software and SaaS.

  5. 05

    Contracting on US terms

A master services agreement with a statement of work per phase, mutual NDA, IP assigned to you, and governing law and venue clauses of your choosing, reviewed by both sides' counsel.

  6. 06

    Security review support

Answers to SOC 2 style and vendor risk questionnaires, with data flow diagrams, access models and code handling notes. We describe our controls as they are and never present them as certifications.

Process

How a US engagement starts and runs

Fixed fee per phase, a measured exit gate at the end of each, and working software from the first weeks. See every playbook week by week.

  1. 01

    Intro and paper

A call in your morning, a mutual NDA, then a written proposal with draft MSA and SOW within three business days.

    Week 0

  2. 02

    Security pack

Data flow diagram, access model and questionnaire answers delivered before any production data moves, so your reviewers are never the bottleneck.

    Week 1

  3. 03

    Hybrid kickoff

Agree the shared block, an async channel for the rest of the day and a standing weekly demo, then set up repositories and cloud access in your accounts.

    Weeks 1 to 2

  4. 04

    Daily rhythm

Our working day ends as yours begins, with a written handover, so your morning opens with finished work to review rather than a question to answer.

Use cases

US teams that hire an AI partner in India

  • SaaS companies

Product teams adding agents, semantic search or summaries to a live platform, released behind feature flags.

  • Fintech and lending

Underwriting packet extraction, dispute drafting and KYC review queues, with reviewer sign-off and audit logs.

  • Healthcare operations

Prior authorisation paperwork, referral and intake documents and call summaries, delivered with HIPAA alignment in mind for teams handling protected health information.

  • Logistics and freight

Freight email triage, rate and bill of lading extraction, and shipment status assistants for brokers and third-party logistics firms.

  • Mid-market operators

Back-office automation in finance and customer service for companies that have no in-house AI team yet.

  • Venture-backed startups

Founders who need a senior pod for a launch or a pilot customer, without building a recruiting pipeline first.

Why Bvyte

Why US teams choose a studio in Ahmedabad

Try the live support agent demo
  • Your morning begins with finished work: our day ends as yours starts, so reviews greet you instead of blockers.
  • Contract terms and security answers are prepared in advance, not improvised after you ask.
  • Senior engineers join the calls and work in the repository, so you never explain your goals to someone new after the sale.
  • HIPAA-aligned delivery for health data: minimum necessary data, access logging and your BAA terms reviewed by counsel, with no claim of certification.
  • Everything runs in your cloud and your repositories, so changing vendor never means changing platform.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Still unsure? Ask us directly, a senior engineer replies within one business day.

What time zone overlap can US teams expect?

India Standard Time is 9.5 to 10.5 hours ahead of US Eastern and 12.5 to 13.5 hours ahead of Pacific, depending on daylight saving. The natural shared window is our evening and your morning. We staff an agreed block, for example 8:00 to 10:30 Eastern, and use written handovers for the rest. Pacific teams get a shorter, later block that we agree up front.

Can we contract under US law and on our own paper?

Yes. We can work from your MSA and SOW templates or provide ours, and we are open to US governing law and venue clauses when your counsel asks for them. Both sides' lawyers should review the final terms.

How do you handle SOC 2 style security questionnaires?

We answer them in detail and attach a data flow diagram, an access model and a description of how code and data are handled. We describe our controls as they are and do not claim attestations we have not been audited for. If your policy requires a specific report from every vendor, tell us on the first call so we can both judge fit early.

Can you deliver HIPAA-aligned AI for health data?

We design for it: minimum necessary data, de-identification where it works, encryption, access logging, and a model provider and cloud region that suit your obligations. Whether a business associate agreement is needed, and with whom, is for your counsel to decide. HIPAA has no official certification for software vendors, so we make no such claim.

Which US sectors do you work with most?

We build for SaaS, fintech, healthcare operations and logistics, where documents, messages and rules dominate the work. Ask for relevant demos and a technical session rather than taking our word for it. Our guide on how US companies work with an AI team in India covers the questions worth asking.

Do you travel to the United States?

We travel for discovery workshops when a project calls for it. Most work runs remotely, with video calls, a shared backlog and a weekly demo.

Who owns the IP, and is it assigned in the contract?

You do. Code, prompts, fine-tuned models, evaluation sets and documentation are assigned to you in the agreement, and the wording is settled with your counsel under the governing law you prefer.

Will your engineers work inside our tools?

Yes. We use your repositories, ticketing, chat and cloud accounts, follow your review and branching rules, and attend your stand-ups for the agreed block of hours.
