Arabic-first AI for Egyptian telecoms and banks.

Bvyte is an AI and software studio in Ahmedabad; Cairo is 2.5 to 3.5 hours behind us. Egyptian telecoms, banks, tourism firms and outsourcing operations hire us for Arabic-first assistants, document AI and software, designed with Egypt's personal data protection law in view.

Arabic with an Egyptian accent

Egyptian Arabic is the most widely understood dialect in the Arab world, and it is also the one customers actually write in, in Latin letters and Arabic script, often within the same message. A model trained mostly on formal Arabic stumbles on that. We test on real Egyptian conversations first, and decide what to build only after we see how the language behaves in your channel.

Overview

Building AI that understands how Egyptians actually write

Egypt combines a large, young population, a deep outsourcing sector and some of the region's biggest telecom and banking customer bases. Almost all of that contact happens in Egyptian Arabic, written in Arabic script, in Latin letters or in a blend with English. An AI system that does not handle that mix will look good in a formal demo and struggle in production.

So we start with the language. A dialect audit on your real chats and calls tells us what to expect, and the design follows. For service operations, the most reliable gains come from tools that help the people already doing the work: suggested replies, summaries, knowledge search and quality scoring. For banks, telecoms and tourism firms, documents and bookings are handled with validation and review. Data handling is designed with Egypt's personal data law in view.

What we build

What Egyptian teams hire Bvyte to build

Dialect handling, high-volume service work and bilingual documents define the offer.

  1. 01

    Egyptian Arabic assistants

Assistants that follow Egyptian dialect, formal Arabic and English, including Arabic written in Latin letters, with escalation to staff when confidence is low. See AI chatbot development.

  2. 02

    Contact centre and outsourcing tools

Agent assist, call summarisation, quality scoring and knowledge search for service operations serving clients in several languages.

  3. 03

    Banking and telecom document AI

Customer forms, contracts, ID documents and correspondence in Arabic and English extracted and checked. See document AI and automation.

  4. 04

    Tourism and hospitality assistants

Booking, itinerary and guest service assistants for operators and hotels, in Arabic, English and other languages visitors use.

  5. 05

    Back-office agents

Agents for collections, reconciliation and procurement tasks, working through scoped tools with approvals. See LLM and AI agent development.

  6. 06

    Data protection by design

Consent, purpose and retention prepared with Law No. 151 of 2020 and its executive regulations in mind, with local counsel confirming the current position.

Process

How we run an Egyptian engagement

Fixed fee per phase, a measured exit gate at the end of each, and working software from the first weeks. See every playbook week by week.

  1. 01

    Dialect audit

Review real chats and calls to see how customers write, in which script, with which abbreviations and which mix of languages.

    Weeks 1 to 2

  2. 02

    Baseline and design

Measure current handling time and quality, and design the assistant or tool around the biggest queue.

    Week 3

  3. 03

    Supervised pilot

Launch with staff reviewing outputs, and capture corrections to improve prompts and rules.

    Weeks 4 to 9

  4. 04

    Extend

Add channels, teams and languages, with separate quality measures for each.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Still unsure? Ask us directly, a senior engineer replies within one business day.

What is the time difference with Egypt?

Egypt returned to daylight saving time in 2023, so the gap changes. India is 3.5 hours ahead of Cairo in winter and 2.5 hours ahead during Egyptian summer time. We confirm the overlap each season.

Which data protection law applies?

Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law is Law No. 151 of 2020, with executive regulations and a supervising authority. It covers consent, data subject rights, security and transfers abroad. Our designs allow for it, and Egyptian counsel should confirm the current requirements and any licences or permits.

Does the assistant understand Egyptian Arabic written in Latin letters?

Current models can follow it in many cases, though accuracy varies with spelling habits. We try it on your real messages, publish the accuracy per script and route failures to people.

Can you support an outsourcing operation with several clients?

Yes. We keep each client's programme separate, with its own knowledge base, prompts and quality report, so results can be shown per client and data stays segregated.

How do you treat stamps, signatures and handwritten notes on Arabic papers?

Typed Arabic and English papers, and clean scans, are read directly. Handwriting and overlapping stamps are read with lower confidence, so those fields are flagged and a reviewer checks them.

Do you travel to Cairo?

A discovery workshop in Cairo is possible for projects of sufficient size. Everyday delivery is remote.

Can you support English-language outsourcing programmes?

Yes. Many Egyptian programmes serve clients in English and French as well as Arabic, and we build tools that work per language with separate quality measures.

Do you work with Egyptian startups?

Yes. Early teams typically take a fixed-fee pilot, such as a support assistant or a document pipeline, and add engineering capacity once it proves out.
