French, Arabic and English AI for Moroccan industry.

Bvyte is an AI and software studio in Ahmedabad; Casablanca is 4.5 hours behind us. We build trilingual assistants, document AI and software for Moroccan manufacturers, tourism firms, banks and fintechs, with Law 09-08 and the CNDP in view and a working day that overlaps with European partners.

Three languages in one workflow

A Moroccan supplier may receive a drawing change in French, a customs form in Arabic and a customer email in English, all on the same morning. Systems built around one language force staff to translate by hand. We build for the mix: documents and messages in three languages in, one consistent record out, with Darija handled carefully and tested rather than assumed.

Overview

Trilingual AI for Morocco's export-oriented economy

Morocco has built an export base in automotive, aerospace and textiles, a large tourism sector and a growing fintech scene, all operating in Arabic, French and English at once. Staff move between languages in a single document or email thread, and many processes depend on traceability that customers audit.

We design for that reality. The first step measures the language mix in your documents and messages, because a model that is excellent in French may be weaker in Moroccan Arabic. The second maps the document flow between customers, plant and authorities, so the checks that must stay with people stay with people. Pilots start on one customer program and widen with evidence. Because Morocco sits close to European working hours, daily collaboration with both European customers and us is practical.

What we build

What Moroccan teams hire Bvyte to build

Export manufacturing, tourism and digital finance define the offer, and trilingual handling runs through all of it.

  1. 01

    Supplier and export document AI

Orders, drawings notes, customs papers and quality reports in French, Arabic and English read, matched and checked against your records. See document AI and automation.

  2. 02

    Trilingual customer assistants

Assistants that answer in French, Arabic or English, with Darija tested on your own conversations and a human fallback where it is weaker. See AI chatbot development.

  3. 03

    Quality and traceability tools

Search and cross-referencing across inspection reports, non-conformance records and customer specifications, with sources shown.

  4. 04

    Tourism and hospitality assistants

Booking, itinerary and guest assistants for operators and hotels serving visitors in several languages.

  5. 05

    Fintech and banking automation

Onboarding checks, support triage and dispute handling for payment firms and banks. See LLM and AI agent development.

  6. 06

    Data protection by design

Notices, consent and retention prepared with Law 09-08 and the CNDP's expectations in mind, including rules on transfers abroad, confirmed by your counsel.

Process

How we run a Moroccan engagement

Fixed fee per phase, a measured exit gate at the end of each, and working software from the first weeks. See every playbook week by week.

  1. 01

    Language mix analysis

Sample real documents and messages to measure which languages appear where, and how often they mix.

    Weeks 1 to 2

  2. 02

    Process and traceability map

Map the document flow between customers, plant and authorities, and mark the checks that must stay with people.

    Week 3

  3. 03

    Pilot on one customer program

Run the first release on a single customer or product line, comparing results with the baseline.

    Weeks 4 to 9

  4. 04

    Widen to other programs

Extend to more customers and sites, adding each one's templates and vocabulary to the test set.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Still unsure? Ask us directly, a senior engineer replies within one business day.

What is the time difference with Morocco?

Morocco is on UTC+1 for most of the year, which puts India 4.5 hours ahead. During Ramadan the clocks go back to UTC+0, so the gap becomes 5.5 hours. Check the dates each year, since they move. Outside Ramadan, Morocco is one hour behind Central European Summer Time, which helps if you also work with European customers.

Which data protection law applies?

Morocco's personal data statute is Law 09-08, supervised by the CNDP, the national data protection commission, which handles declarations and authorisations for certain processing and transfers. Our design accounts for it, and Moroccan counsel should confirm the requirements for your use case.

Do you work in French?

Day-to-day communication is in English, and the assistants and readers we build work in French and Arabic, tested with native-speaker reviewers from your team on your content. Meetings in French may be possible, so ask before we start.

How well do models handle Darija?

Moroccan Arabic is harder than formal Arabic or French, and quality varies with spelling and Latin letter use. Evaluation uses your real messages, and anything the assistant is unsure of is escalated to a person.

Can you meet automotive or aerospace customer requirements?

We support your documentation and traceability work with tools that cite their sources and keep logs. Customer approvals, certifications and quality-system obligations remain with your quality team, and we make no claims about them.

Do you travel to Casablanca or Tangier?

A discovery workshop at your site is possible when the project justifies the visit. Everyday work is remote.

Can you support companies that sell mainly to Europe?

Yes. Many Moroccan suppliers serve European customers, so we build for French and English documents, and consider the data rules that those customers apply to their suppliers.

Can you help with tourism seasonality?

Yes. Assistants can absorb seasonal peaks in enquiries without extra staff, with rules that route complex or sensitive requests to people.
