What is the time difference with Ireland?
India is 5.5 hours ahead of Ireland in winter, when Ireland is on Greenwich Mean Time, and 4.5 hours ahead in summer. India has no daylight saving, so the gap shifts when Irish clocks change, and we confirm the overlap block each spring and autumn.
Why does the Data Protection Commission matter for us?
Under the GDPR's one-stop-shop arrangement, the Data Protection Commission is the lead supervisory authority for many technology companies whose main EU establishment is in Ireland. That tends to raise the bar on documentation. We build records and logs to that standard and leave the legal view to your counsel.
Does the EU AI Act apply to us?
It applies to providers and deployers of AI systems placed on or used in the EU market, with duties that depend on the risk class and phase in over time. We classify the intended use early, build in transparency and oversight, and ask your counsel to confirm which obligations and dates apply.
Can you work inside our group's tooling and approvals?
Yes. We use your repositories, ticketing and cloud accounts, and fit group security reviews, vendor onboarding and procurement steps into the plan from the start, which is usually where schedules are really decided.
Do you support regulated medtech work?
We can build tools that support documentation, search and drafting, with source citations and human ownership of final text. We do not provide regulatory advice or certification, and any tool that could affect a device's safety case needs your quality and regulatory team to define its validation.
Will you come to Dublin?
For a discovery workshop in Dublin we can travel, if the project warrants it. Day-to-day delivery runs remotely with a weekly demo.
Can you support our European customers in several languages?
Yes. Multilingual assistants for French, German, Spanish, Italian and others are tested language by language on your content, with a human fallback where quality is weaker.
Do you sign data processing agreements and group vendor forms?
Yes. We sign a data processing agreement before personal data is shared, and complete vendor onboarding and security forms from your group, describing our controls as they are.
